By using 4ya.in you agree to these terms.

1. Directory listings

Business listings must accurately represent real, operating businesses. You may not submit false, misleading, or defamatory information. 4ya.in reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove any listing without notice.

2. Paid tiers

Payments for Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers are non-refundable once a listing has been published. Tier downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. 4ya.in reserves the right to change tier pricing with 30 days notice.

3. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content (photos, text, logos) you submit. By submitting content you grant 4ya.in a non-exclusive licence to display it on the directory and in associated search engine results.

4. Prohibited content

You may not submit listings for businesses involved in illegal activities, adult content, or activities prohibited under Indian law.

5. Limitation of liability

4ya.in provides directory services on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy of any listing information. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on directory information.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
